A 2025 Justice Center notice said Crashdocs reports generally appear seven to ten days after the event. That period is a publishing estimate, not a promise that every report will be ready on the same day.

A crash file is not automatically a criminal-history record. It may still matter when a citation or charge arose from the same Kingsport event, in which case City Court or a county court supplies the next record.
